چکیده
Thrombocytopenia is a common manifestation of tumors, which usually caused by myelosuppression bone marrow involvement malignant tumor cells or radiotherapy. Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), as paraneoplastic syndrome, more in lymphatic proliferative neoplasms and rheumatic diseases, less solid neoplasms, has not been reported peritoneal epithelioid mesothelioma.Herein, we report 45-year-old patient with mesothelioma who received remission after treatment hormones, intravenous human immunoglobulin, thrombopoietin receptor agonists, well subsequent surgery chemotherapy for the tumor.

In this paper, we describe a patient with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) secondary to endometriosis. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case presenting such an association. Surgical eradication of the endometriosis was the only effective treatment for the thrombocytopenia. The pathogenic connection between both disorders seems to be an altered immune function.

We describe a 51-year-old man with Fisher syndrome (FS) and immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) that developed after upper respiratory infection (URI). Laboratory investigations demonstrated immunoglobulin (Ig) G class of anti-GQ1b autoantibody and reduced platelet count with platelet-associated IgG, which spontaneously improved in parallel with neurologic symptoms. Thus the possible associat...
